What are your hours?

My hours for dog walking & pet visits are 8am-6pm Monday to Friday & 8am-12pm Saturday. For pet sitting my hours are as required 7 days a week.

What are your qualifications & experience?

• BSc(Hons) in Animal Science & Welfare

• Over 20 years' experience of caring for & working with animals

• Diploma in Pet Sitting & Dog Walking

• Canine First Aid Certificate

• DBS checked

• Fully insured

I am currently also in the process of completing the Canine Principles Dog Rescuers Guide Self Study course.

Do you offer home boarding & pet taxi services?

Unfortunately I don't offer either of these services currently.

Do you have any dog walking equipment prefences?

I will use whichever equipment your dog is used to & comfortable with, but due to the safety and/or welfare issues associated with them I will not use choke chains, pinch collars or e-collars. I am happy to use extendable leads on medium or small dogs but only if used on a harness & I request owners provide a suitable short lead for roadside walking.

Do you walk dogs with behavioural issues?

I will accept dogs with behavioural issues, depending on severity, on a case by case basis.

What if I need to cancel a dog walk or pet service?

I ask to be given 24hours notice in the event of needing to cancel any of my services.

​

Do you allow dogs offlead?

Not to begin with, however in time if your dog has reliable recall & we are in a secure location they may be able to enjoy offlead time on their walks.
